Research focus, presentations and publications during stay
During her stay in Jena Amy Austin Holmes continued her current research on the revolutions and upheavals in the Arab world with focus on Egypt, Yemen, and Bahrain. As part of the Research Group’s Colloquium Series she gave a talk on the Arab Spring. One of her texts on the topic entitled ‘There are weeks when decades happen: Structure and Strategy in the Egyptian Revolution’ can be found here.
