Dr. Edlira Xhafa forscht während ihrer Zeit in Jena im Besonderen an Konzepten von Public-Public-Partnership und neuen Wegen zur Organisation öffentlicher Dienstleitsungen und Arbeit im öffentlichen Sektor. Dazu organisierte sie einen Workshop in Berlin zu ‘Alternative Ways of Organizing Public Services and Work in the Public Sector’ mit TeilnehmerInnen aus einer Vielzahl von Ländern, die sich über ihre unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen austauschten. Ein Bericht dazu findet sich unter: Workshop 04.07.2013 – 05.07.2013 – Alternative Ways of Organizing Public Services and Work in the Public Sector: The role of Public-Public Partnerships. Auf dem Workshop wurde auch Dr. Xhafas Working Paper zum Thema diskutiert.
