Research focus, presentations and publications during stay

Yannick Kalff examines the discourse of the democratization of companies. Through digitization processes, this strand acquires new topicality and opens up new possibilities for participation and participation. However, a critical view must also be directed at new control accesses and disciplinary regimes, which are entering the work process with digital technologies. In addition, the question of how the digitization of labor poses new challenges to working capacity: paid and unpaid activities, self-work, care and professional work consist in digitized activity in new relational contexts and must be explored for this. The democratization of companies is only one example.
