Research focus, presentations and publications during stay

During her time in Jena, Dr. Edlira Xhafa worked on concepts of Public-Public-Partnership and new ways to organize public services as well as work in the public sector. In order to discuss her research, she organized the workshop 'Alternative Ways of Organizing Public Services and Work in the Public Sector' in Berlin with participants from different countries and professional backgrounds who spoke about their experiences in their respective fields. A report about the workshop can be found at: Workshop 04.07.2013 - 05.07.2013 - Alternative Ways of Organizing Public Services and Work in the Public Sector: The role of Public-Public Partnerships. A part of the workshop was dedicated to a discussion of Dr. Xhafa's Working Paper on the issue.
